Land rezoning is a complex, but essential service in unlocking the potential of many of our clients’ projects. We have worked on a range of ‘proponent’ lead code amendments, as well as Council-initiated rezonings. We also have inhouse community engagement skills and qualifications, enabling us to manage the entire rezoning process from inception to completion. Our experience includes code amendments associated with the Thebarton Brewery Precinct on Port Road, The Buckingham Arms at Walkerville, ALDI Glynde, the large ‘Metcash’ site in Kidman Park for Fairland and the SA Water site for Potentia at West Lakes.
